Going to be in town for two weeks .. so is anyone else planning on going? .. wish Captain Kickass could come out for it would love to meet .. ~SS~  I am thinking I might have to hire the new BS on DVD's and watch them .. when I am on vaction next I might have to start them .. that should make up for the whole Desperate Housewives thing.. ~L~ .. I do watch Dr Who .. Torchwood and Sarah Jane .. am also watching Merlin and The Legend of the Seeker at the moment .. really loving those two shows as well ...  I am from New Zealand work for local government and love to chat and message boards .. I have 5 of my own .. ~L~ ..  look forward to getting to know the board and those who use them .. Yes welcome to RA SavannahBeth!!!! Getting S1 and the MiniSeries together and watching them in a concentrated bloc is how I fell for this show.

So, I actually signed up a couple of weeks ago, but only now am I getting round to making a post, hehe.
Hi everybody, I'm Buster, I've been lurking around the site for quite a while and am finially actually saying something. ;) I'm a long time sci-fi fan, but didn't actually get into BSG until its second season. I missed it completely when it started but then happened to catch the miniseries just before the second season started here in the UK and it hooked me immediately! And I'm SO glad it did, Battlestar has been the best thing on TV for a good few yonks now, not since Farscape has a TV show drawn me in so completely. But enough of that, just thought I'd say hey and I look forward to jumping into some of the threads :D -------------------- ~Nothin' But The Rain~ |

Welcome, Buster! Thanks for introducing yourself. Like Giorgio I've been a fan since TOS and 1979; though TNS (The New Show) and TOS (The Original Show) are quite a different kettle of fish.
